IndiGo is a budget airline based in India, headquartered in Delhi. Operating more than 1,500 flights daily from its hub at Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport, the airline boasts a fleet of over 270 Airbus A320 aircraft. It serves domestic and international routes, connecting to 20 destinations. IndiGo is renowned for its affordability and serves cities like Tirupati, Bangalore, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Kochi, Mumbai, Amritsar, and Hyderabad domestically, while it serves locations such as Hong Kong, Dhaka, Doha, Jeddah, Singapore, Bangkok, Phuket, Dubai, Hanoi, and Ho Chi Minh City, internationally. The airline caters to 180 passengers per flight, and in 2019 over 300 million passengers chose IndiGo.

IndiGo offers online check-in that you can complete through their website or mobile app, starting from 48 hours and up to 1 hour before the scheduled flight. All you need is your PNR number and passport details. Alternatively, you can use the airport kiosks for check-in before your flight. Ensure to have your boarding passes with you after completing the check-in process, as you will need them to board the flights.

Passengers traveling with IndiGo are allowed one cabin baggage not exceeding 55cm x 25cm x 35cm and weighing no more than 7 kilograms. Personal items like a camera, laptop, and a small bag are also allowed in the cabin. For domestic flights, the baggage allowance is 15 kilograms; for flights to Bangkok, Dhaka, Kathmandu, Kuala Lumpur, Male, Phuket, and Singapore, it's 20 kilograms; for flights to Abu Dhabi, Colombo, Doha, Dubai, Hong Kong, Istanbul, Kuwait, Muscat, Sharjah, and Yangon, it's 30 kilograms; and for flights to Jeddah, it's 25 kilograms plus 5 liters of Zamzam water.

Before your flight, you can use IndiGo's website to select your seats. This allows you to personalize your journey by choosing from aisle, middle, or window seats. The option for seat selection at no extra cost is available exclusively in the economy class.

Passengers on IndiGo flights do not have the choice to select seats since legroom is standardized across all flights.

IndiGo does not provide passengers with any complimentary food. However, you can add In-flight meals in advance while booking, or during your flight for a small fee. Additionally, you can purchase snacks on the plane. Snack options available onboard include various sandwiches, noodle varieties, chocolate chip cookies, and coffee. While water is complimentary on all IndiGo flights, alcohol is only available on international flights.
